Consulting fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for refund.
3. Digital Courses & Products
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience technical issues or were billed in error, contact us to review the situation.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

3. Events & Workshops
Event tickets are generally non-refundable. Transfers to another participant may be permitted with approval if requested in advance.
